Two-Year International Coverage on Every Valdauré

Every Valdauré timepiece is covered by a two-year international warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty begins on the original date of purchase and is honored worldwide.

What's covered

Movement faults, dial and hand defects, case finishing irregularities, and anything else attributable to manufacture. We will repair, replace, or refund at our atelier's discretion.

What's not covered

Damage from accident, misuse, unauthorized service, water damage beyond the stated water resistance rating, or natural wear of straps, crystals, and finishes.

How to file a claim

Email us at info@valdaure.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange insured collection within two business days.
