Are Valdauré watches automatic or quartz?

Every Valdauré timepiece runs on a self-winding automatic mechanical movement. There are no quartz watches in our collection.
What is the warranty period?

Two years international, covering all defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide, fully insured and free of charge, with all import duties and taxes included in the order total.
Can I return my watch if I change my mind?

Of course. Any unworn Valdauré can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
What does the water resistance rating mean?

Le Classique and Le Tourbillon are rated 3 ATM, safe for everyday wear and rain. Le Plongeur is rated 5 ATM, safe for swimming and surface water sports.
Where are your watches designed?

Valdauré is designed in the French tradition of haute horlogerie. Each piece is shaped, finished, and tested before it leaves our atelier.
How do I care for my watch?

Wear it. Wind the crown gently if it stops, store it away from magnets, and have it serviced every four to six years to keep the movement in beautiful condition.
